Washes well, rack design poor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this dishwasher for 2 months, and am happy with how it cleans. It is not for less rugged plastics, however, as it is great at melting them. My dishes come out clean and sanitized, and I have not had any food residue. This unit does not dry the dishes, so if you are looking for that, don't get this one. I don't mind that, I just open the door after it is done running, and the steam evaporates quickly and leaves the dishes pretty dry. My disappointment is in the rack design. The bottom rack has pegs too close together to fit anything but tiny plates. The upper rack has one good side for glasses, and the other side has too deep of an angle for glasses to fit. It doesn't work well for our uses, but we make do. So far, the unit is quiet, hope it lasts! If they offer different rack styles to fit this unit, I would consider getting them!

Even though I took some of my dishes to check out the dishwasher, there is a row that the tines are so close together that even my butter dish doesn't fit. Unfortunately, it is practically useless.

big disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this April 20th, paid a much higher price than most dishwashers an a name brand BOSCH an so disappointed not doing the job that BOSCH CLAIMS.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife hates this Stanin less steel finish can not keep it clean she wishes we did not buy this model since we could not get almond you just can not keep the finger prints off of it and I hear about it all the time should have bought almond in a different make.
