This product has excellent user manual

Although, I am not a technical guy, I am a hands on person. This product came with a excellent
user manual (which new products), I have purchased recently did not (i.e. phone, other TV). I
dislike an on screen user or internet manual . The TV I purchased is user friendly and has a great
picture, compared to another TV I have (Vizio). THANKS FOR A GREAT PRODUCT, and I am hoping
for it to keeping on performing this way in the future. Sincerely, Gary

OUR SECOND SAMSUNG SMART TV, GOING ON THIRD SOON

We bought our first Samsung Smart TV in 2014 after viewing them at several stores. We bought a UN40EH5300FXZA, 120 HZ and we use it for TV, CABLE, Internet, YouTube, Streaming from other devices etc.. Just recently in August of 2016 we purchased our second Samsung Smart TV, an UN43J5200AFXZA, only 60 HZ and its even more amazing. Both TV's are 1080p LED's. The newer one is much lighter, and the internet options have been upgraded for even easier access. We love both. The newer is larger and has 5.1 Dolby surround and we installed it in our living room. We moved the 2014 one to our bedroom. Both have the option of either wireless or Ethernet wired internet. Both have HDMI and USB inputs. We called Samsung support to help us setup our 2014 TV. Our 2016 TV was even easier to setup. In addition we are planning on purchasing a Samsung larger either SUHD or UHD Smart TV also in the near future and that will go in our living room at that time and one will go to our walk out down stairs at that time. These TV's are beautiful and reliable. We love them and will continuing purchasing Samsung TV's for our lifetimes. You can count on this product and its manufacturer for support, etc.. They back their products.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, Inexpensive, Lightweight, Built-in speakers, ease of use, ease of setup, clear concise picture, beautiful 1080p display, thin exterior bezel, wonderful sound

Just got this TV free from Veizon after purchasing two Samsund Galaxy S 7 Edge Smart Phones. It arrived later than promised however it is here now. The tv is nice and light, however, I am noticing the facial details are not as crystal clear as our older LG plasma. It's a bit concerning.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A bit difficult...

A bit difficult to set up. Instructions are not clear. I had to call tech support three times. Discovered I could not use my surround sound system with this model unless I used the coax cable, which results in the least clarity of reception.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Inexpensive, Lightweight, Built-in speakers
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have now my 2nd Samsung television. The Samsung products are great! My family has had 4 Samsung Galaxy phones and they are still working. If you buy any Samsung products be prepared to be amazed with the quality!

The picture on this TV is very clear, defined and color saturation produces normal colors. Samsung has great TVs.

Very slow, but works well

The response time to remote control commands is very slow (2-3) seconds.
It has only a few 'smart' apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc..) and none of the apps are accessible until after the tv has been on for about 40 seconds.
When the HDMI is connected to a laptop PC, its recognized as a monitor, not a TV and thus no sound is sent over the HDMI from the laptop. (works as it should from a DVD player).
It has only a few 'smart' apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc..) and none of the apps are accessible until after the tv has been on for about 40 seconds.
When the HDMI is connected to a laptop PC, its recognized as a monitor, not a TV and thus no sound is sent over the HDMI from the laptop. (works as it should from a DVD player).
This is a '5' series TV (5200 in the model number). You would be better off getting a '6' series model.
Pros: Inexpensive, Built-in speakers
Cons: slow response to remote, very few smart apps
