This TV is a wonderful product.

We had no problem setting up the TV when we got it home, and it has a beautiful picture. I am however having a problem getting a keyboard to pop up so I can sign in to an internet site. I am reading the instructions, and the keyboard is supposed to pop up, but so far it hasn't. I will keep trying though. I love it so far.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight

On a scale of 1-10 , the smart tv is a 9. The pros are color, performance , and pricing.. Cons. Base , personally I would like it to be square. If it's not balanced well it will tilt easily.. The remote could have been made wider, so you can actually type

Just hooked up today and so far we are very pleased. Crisp, sharp picture, etc. We were a little concerned about the sound quality, but sound projection turned out to be excellent!!

so seeing how 'smart' they've become is really a mind blower. Was really motivated to upgrade as I was getting tired of watching Netflix on my computer and trying to do other jobs as the same time. also having a big screen has really made it nice for viewing with my aging eye site. It has great clarity, color and easy functionality. So glad I made this purchase!

Ordered my Samsung Smart TV via internet with free delivery. Not only got a good price but a quality TV.
I was surprised with the easy set up. The directions for installing the Apps, such as Netflix, were easy to understand and complete.

The SMART screen aspect of the tv along with the sound quality are my biggest complaints. Making changes or surfing the web with it isn't as intuitive as it should be. I also realize most people hookup a sound system but one shouldn't have to. It should be done because you want to.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: speakers don't provide much volume, updating browser and adding new ones not intuitive
