Frustration!

I still cannot connect to wifi. In order to networking DPS must be enabled on my router ATT Uverse 2Wire. There's no DPS setting on the router so then there's a string of directions to set It wants a router with dps which my 2wire ATT doesn't have. Having to add To DPS is beyond me. The directions are way too complicated. Even the USB setup directions were hard to follow. I've worked with computers since 1986 (remember the IBM PC) and am able to solve most problems. There are many different setups to be done. Some didn't run. Now USB is working but the Scan from Scanner button needs Document Capture installed and it doesn't even load.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Although it only scans one page at a time it is fast. I am a mobile notary and at
times required to fax documents immediately after notarization. This scanner accommodates letter and legal size. I scan to a pdf then send eFax. A must for mobile notary work

I loved the size of it but please address the install issues

Please make the install of your software on this product easier. After downloading the software (which was easiest) the wifi connection was never able to be made. I finally gave up after uninstalling and reinstalling all and went with the USB connection it finally worked.

Easy and convenient

I bought this scanner to help control the overwhelming amount of paper that needed to be filed. Now, I scan the docs and receipts, store them in an online storage site, and everyone within the organization who needs to see them has access. No more documents being pulled from the file and then not put back where they belong! It has been a Godsend. I am also using it to scan medical reports so they are readily available when going to the doctor. Very portable and easy to use.
