Does the job

I've had this product for a few months now, and I recommend it highly. It does its job, and it doesn't take up much space (a valuable quality if you're like me and have limited desk space). Easy to install, and very practical for the cost.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I just bought today but had a very hard time installing, had to hunt for and figure on my own, your instructions are extremely bad. I hope this is not an omen

I purchased this a year ago and it did really well until a month ago. It simply would not calibrate correctly. When you lined the item up to scan, unless it was more than 4 inches wide, it would put a two inch black border on the right side of the scanned item. Very frustrating. Because I scan small receipts this was awful. Had to purchase a new one. Hope to get more than a years service out of it.

the device works great! software is powerful. and it's fast. even at 300 dpi. I tried others that only hook up to wifi. but this one does both. wifi and usb. pictures come out clear and sharp and color is accurate.

I tried installing the scanner to a wireless connection. When it failed I wanted to change to USB but could not get back in without reinstalling it. Not a technically savvy person so it is frustrating.

Every product I have ever purchased from Epson has been a Superior Product. Extremely user friendly and Quick to run on my computer. Some printers are super slow and the Program seem to fight the printer. I have 2 printers and 2 scanner bars and recommend this product to anyone who needs to run their business with a quick work flow!
