Can't live without one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Kitchen Aide Mixer for over twenty years. The motor was still going strong but head adjustment was worn out, so the beaters hit the bowl. I held out for a long time using it by holding the head because they are so expensive. Then the holidays hit, and I bit the bullet and bought a new one. I don't regret it.

Exact replacement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven’t used it yet...had to purchase an exact replacement due to Kitchen Aid rigamarole and cost to ship/fix our other one that stopped spinning, to your Ohio factory or drive 130 miles (twice) to an authorized repair place. Not happy with your choices.
