Why did no one tell me?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been eyeing the Kitchenaid mixer's for years but just wasn't sure about making the commitment-it has a very high price tag as we all know-and I wasn't sure it would be all I thought it would be. I took the plunge this Christmas and bought it for myself and all I can say is "Why didn't anyone tell me how amazing this thing is?!" It literally is my favorite purchase of all time. I'm an avid baker and it cuts down on my mixing time by half. I didn't even think I would use it much for regular cooking but boy was I wrong-I'm tempted to say it is a workhorse but it is too beautiful for that so instead I will call it a thoroughbred. It is worth every penny and I LOVE it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it. Have wanted one my whole adult life. What a wonderful Christmas gift. The matte silver is beautiful and each attachment connects smoothly. Easy action on the controls and was perfectly balanced upon arrival.
