My Damaged Dream Kitchen Appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this mixer from my husband and children for Christmas. The overall mechanical features work great. However, this item came with surface damage to the top of the mixer. After multiple phone calls that resulted in extremely long wait times. I have decided to just chalk this up as being sold a damaged cosmetic device but an overall productive piece of equipment.
