Powerful motor, great speed control.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace my 16 year old Cuisinart. It's a wonderful mixer. I am able to knead a double batch of challah dough with no trouble. Speed settings allow great control. Even if you get dough or batter on the mixer, it's cleans up very easily, as do the accessories. Initially, I couldn't get the bowl off the mixer after kneading. Customer service diagnosed the problem and quickly sent a new clamping plate.
