40 years of using kitchen aid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received thus as a gift. I have owned kitchen aid mixers for 40 years as baking is my hobby. My last mixer had issues with the head shaking and I had to hold it down while it was mixing. This new one appears to have the same issue.

Can’t go without one now

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got mine just after Christmas and after I used it for the first time I regretted not buying one sooner…like before cooking Christmas dinner!!!! The first thing I made with the new mixer was a banana pudding with meringue and now I can’t even imagine not using one.

I thought this product would last longer

I did have my Kitchenaid artisan stand mixer for a few years before it decided during mid-cake mixing to just stop working. I googled for troubleshooting ideas and got “let it rest and try again.” This did not work. I reached out to customer service and will have to pay to send it off which I guess is an option but so much of a bother to lug it to a shipping site and pray it makes it back in working condition. I loved it while it lasted…unfortunately I do not remember an exact date of purchase or other details like that. Do people write that stuff down? Anyway, best of luck if you buy…I now have great accessories with no way to use them. Yes, I bought those too :(
