I love my Kitchenaid stand mixer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted a Kitchenaid for years & years and I finally got it. I love the slicer/shredder. I make so many salads and shred a lot of cheese so this has been a godsend. Making pizza crust is a breeze. I have one huge complaint about the shield/guard for the bowl. It is so flimsy that flour, pwd sugar, and cake mix just flys & flings everywhere!! I love my Kitchenaid but that shield needs a major overhaul.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been wanting a mixer for several years now, my family has always had one in the house and now living on my own it was my turn! The kitchen aid I s well diverse in many aspects of cooking. Whether making dough for pasta, pastries, or cookies to mixing up your favorite meringue! I’d highly recommend this size as well for apartments/ condos and or making small to medium amounts of food.

Great mixer for baking, but not in huge batches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I won this mixer in a holiday raffle at work. I absolutely love to bake and make cookies very often to bring to work and share with coworkers. It always makes everyone smile. My only complaint is that the motor struggles a little when making thicker cookie doughs, but using the hook isn't really appropriate for the dough. I grew up with the 7 quart raising bowl one, so my opinion might be rather biased.
