[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my tilt-head stand Kitchenaid mixer. I bought it in November and have used it make two different types of cookies and a cheesecake. I also bought the Fresh Prep Slicer/Shredder attachment. We had a house full of company over Christmas and I used the attachment to shred mozzarella for my rigatoni and shred cheddar for my mac-n-cheese. I never have to hand grate/shred cheese again. The mixer and the attachments are so easy to use and clean up. I plan to purchase more attachments. It's a great investment!
