Bowl came damaged

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited to get my new 5 qt mixer! Unfortunately when I received it, I noticed the bottom of the bowl was dented and did not lock into the mixer. I had to purchase a new bowl just to use my mixer. I really had higher expectations for Kitchen Aid since they are known for their superior quality.

Workhorse mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my vintage avocado green 70's era Kitchenaid with this one. The old one still worked but struggled with heavy dough. The new has a larger capacity and just hums during blending and mixing. I do miss the feature on the old one to remove the head from the base for storage and this one is really heavy but it makes easy work of my baking projects and I love the stainless bowl with the handle. Looks and works great.
