Most recipes call for a mixer, which I did not own. I bought a KitchenAid Artisan mixer and started making pies and recently a batch of soft pretzels. I love the KitchenAid mixer, it makes baking fun and easier.

I had to shred chicken for chicken tacos the other day. I did 7lbs of chicken breasts shredded in less then 10 minutes. I was a fantastic time saver. I don’t dred shredding chicken any longer.
