[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used my mixer a couple times. Prior to this purchase, I had a Sunbeam double beater stand mixer for over 50 years. It operated entirely different as I was so use to scraping the sides and bottom of the large bowl without stopping the mixer. So it’s going to take getting used to. The kitchenAid mixer is a much better quality (the Sunbeam was all plastic).
I don’t regret this purchase, it’s just going to take getting used to. I love to make homemade bread and can’t wait to use the dough hook for kneading!
