I have never had problems with a phone like I do with the Optimus G. I'm on my second one this year because of software problems. and I had to pay MORE money to get the second one than the first one. It has been only two months since I got the second one in the mail and it is already having software issues. It randomly shuts off, gives me a black screen when I click the unlock button, and doesn't have a removable battery so I can't even reset the battery to get it to work again. LG did not live up to my expectations when I got this phone, and I would not recommend this model to anyone else except the employees who made it so that they can see what I have been through with the product.
Pros: Style/Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very Good product hampered by lack of updates

Bought when it came out in 11/2012. This was their flagship phone, others had Android 4.1 preinstalled, they said it would arrive soon, we thought December, it was the following April I believe. Another year has passed and no other Android update. Almost 18 months and no updates to flagship phone. BAD! Part of blame probably goes to AT&T. But LG could put update on its website even if AT&T didn't. When considering a phone consider support - updates are part of that.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, Features/Settings, Quality, no updates
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good for calls and internet, but not able to sync with outlook to handle applications like contacts, calendar, tasks, notes, pictures, music, etc..
so I think it's a smartphone that lacks what others have.

Easy to handle/Beautiful pictures/Great Phone

I have never been dissatisfied with any LG product. I have from 42" flat screen TV, cell phone to Blu-Ray Disc player. Love there products. Like they say Lifes Good.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
