This toaster has great features for different types of food items (bagels, English muffins, toast, etc.). I was looking to update our toaster with a version that wasn't hot to the touch on the outside. This is perfect. The setting controls are easy and once you find your ideal toasting zone, it's good to go!

I like how simple it is to use. My last toaster had chrome buttons with printed letter they erased in less than a month was pretty much guessing the temperature. Only complaint is the plug is a little short.
