I have had this toaster for three weeks and I am very pleased with it. The settings for the toaster are true to the number that you choose for the darkness of the toast or bagel. I haven't tried the frozen feature yet but
I can't imagine that it would not work as well as it has. I have recommended this to a friend that also bought it and they tell me that they also are pleased with it.
What's great about it: Everything
What's not so great: Haven't found anything.

Great toaster once you find your toast number (how brown you like your toast). Cool touch exterior with no smudging finish and easy to clean crumb tray.
