Prefer to use original INK cartridges instead of refills. Hard to find in retail stores. But this says a lot for the quality of HP printers lasting a long time.

Combo pack marked for HP 8150 with cartriges HP 96 and HP 97 not correct! The HP 96 is large and cannot be used! Your combo packaging lettering is wrong! The color 97 was OK! The black 96 was not and even physically larger than the 97! Big mistake!

I have an older printer that is as good or better than the new ones. I can't get ink cartridges in 96 or 97 that fit. The new cartridges look the same but won't work. I am really mad at HP. I am one of your customers who purchased a quality product and now I have been kicked . Not happy. Would be hard pressed to recommend an HP product. Thanks for hearing me out. Still not happy.
