The picture is crystal clear, the sound is excellent, the features easy to understand and use. I love this TV.

I finally had to break down and get a better TV to play my games on. My old TV wasn't cutting it anymore. Once I hooked up the Samsung, I couldn't believe the crispness of the picture ! I was seeing things on the screen that my older set was not able to re produce. It was almost like playing a new game all over. !
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Built-in speakers, multiple inputs and outputs.
Cons: better internal speakers would be nice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Purchased a Samsung 28" 4500 model series. The sound quality is very disappointing. Its not good when you pay the price for a Samsung product and have to spend more money for a sound bar . Size ,etc. is perfect for our bedroom. Am considering returning for another brand. This purchase made 8/01/2017.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, bad sound quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this TV this week, not too much trouble setting up for someone not versed in high tech. Have to keep the sound number at very high level to hear 15 feet away. Other SS sets do not have this problem. Would have liked to given a higher rating but feel that is not special in any way!
Pros: Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, poor sound system

What's Not to Like

As with all of the Samsung electronics I've purchased over time, this TV is almost perfect in every way. I say "almost" because I know that nothing is perfect. But I can't think of anything to complain about. The display is flawless, the features are more than adequate, and I'm expecting that this device will last me for many years. I would recommend this TV to anyone.
