Where has this been all my life?!

This is my first Smart TV, and since I have always loved everything else Samsung does, it made sense to go with them for this purchase. Out of the box, the TV is incredibly simple to assemble. Just a few screws to pop the base stand together and you're ready to go! The instructions were easy to understand, and the cords/plugs are all very clearly marked. When you first turn it on, it walks you step by step through the entire set up process, and it is very intuitive. The picture is crystal clear, and the sound is crisp. Using the Smart features are literally as easy as pressing a button, and you have access to every TV watching app you could ever need! I highly recommend this TV to anyone and everyone.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight, easy to set up
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love my Samsung Smart TV

I downgraded from cable and decided to get a Smart TV. I did my research and Samsung won! I have been on cloud 9 ever since. I watch most of my shows on Hulu or Netflix. I can access the other shows via the network they come on. The only con is the Adobe flash is not on the TV therefore I have to watch most of the network shows on my laptop.
While searching for a small smart TV I ended up going with Samsung because I have had previous good experiences with their other electronics. However this TV was a big let down. Every time I turn the TV on, I have to wait several minutes before I can open any apps because the TV is still preparing itself. The Netflix app is slow to start playing shows and the video remains stuck at 99% loaded for a few seconds while the audio plays with no video. One day the Netflix app stopped working all together and refused to play any shows. After quite some time spent working with the online support staff, I had to factory reset the TV in order to get the app working again.
With how frequently the TV freezes and the delayed response of the remote, using the TV can be fairly frustrating. I thought that it would get better with each update, but has only gotten worse. I wanted to return the TV but unfortunately missed the 14 day return period from the electronics retailer that I bought it from.
Pros: plenty of hookups for peripherals
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, slow processor, slow response to remote, freezes a lot
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this tv for my work shop, its brightly lit and can be noisy, the picture is perfect and the volume goes plenty loud, I love that i can link up with smart phone or tablet instantly, I would absolutely recomend it
My husband and I love the benefits of a Smart TV. We exchanged our 24 inch for this 28 inch for a bedroom and love the bigger picture. We also enjoy the clarity. Love our Smart TV
This TV is extremely slow to respond to the remote when it's at its best. Use of the Smart TV feature renders this product inoperable. TV freezes, becomes unresponsive, and requires the power cord to be unplugged from the wall.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, defective by design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Slow and Difficult to setup

Compared to many other Smart TVs I've owned, I rank this one lowest in terms of ease to setup, speed that it responds to the remote control and not working 100% as expected. Forcing a user to agree to over 380 pages that Samsung expect you to scroll through during setup is insane; having to power on and off the TV multiple times for NetFlix to work at all was irritating. Stating the remote will control the Cable set-top box when it only partially controls it (e.g., turns it off but will not turn it on) is below expectations. At one point during my attempts to set this TV up, I was ready to simply return it and purchase another brand. I have have been much happier with both Sharp and Vizio Smart TVs compared to Samsung and would not suggest this brand if shopping for a smart TV. I could go on with more difficulties such as cheap wood-like screws to hold the base on during assembly and parts that are supplied with double-sided tape, but will end here, stating that I am thoroughly disappointed with the Samsung "smart" TV for being anything but smart.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, difficult to setup, expected to read hundreds of pages of terms
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this to replace a 19" LCD TV in my RV. Love the picture quality and the smart features.
