Very easy set up & picture & sound are fantastic! I love the idea of being able to watch Netflix, Hulu and any other programs I've purchased.
I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one for a different room in the house.

I presently have 5 Samsung TVs in my house. The last 2 I bought were smart tvs....a 24" and a 40".
The quality is the best and the pictures are crystal clear.
I don't think I will ever have a TV that doesn't have the name SAMSUNG on it.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color

I was afraid to buy a new TV but with the encouragement of a friend who has this type of TV I took the plunge. What a beautiful picture and a great size. I am very happy that I did buy a Samsung Smart TV. Thank you

This is the 2nd Samsung 28" Smart TV that I purchased for another bedroom. We love it and from now on we will only purchase Samsung TV's. The clarity and colors of the picture are astounding. We did not have to buy a soundbar because the speakers are fine the way they are. It is very easy to use and understand including the settings function that easily explains how to do software updates. We've had the other TV for over a year now and never had a problem. It is very reliable and I especially feel good after reading reviews of other products from other Manufacturers and all of their product problems. The Smart TV is also easy to use and never had a WIFI issue even though we are at a pretty good distance from the router. What can I say but that you won't go wrong with this purchase. Right now I'm saving money so that I could purchase one of the new Samsung 4K SUHD TV's for the living room. Thank You Samsung for a great product.

I am amazed with this smart tv, BUT,there are three things to consider.
#1 it has a super slow processor when on the web. Like the speed of dial-up.
#2 it doesn't come with the latest version of flash. So forget about streaming. #3 you cant download anything, so you can't EVER get flash. Another thing, no camera!! I'm really surprised they put such an incomplete model on the market. They are a little off the mark with this model. But it is still an impressive device.

Awful Sound and no Headphone Jaack

The title says it all. This unit has awful sound. So, if you want to add some small speakers that are controllable through the tv's remote, forget it. To do that you need a headphone jack, but Samsung chose to eliminate the headphone jack. Hated this TV so much I got rid of it.
Cons: awful sound
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
