We just bought this TV for our camper so we have not got to play with it to much but it seems to be just what we wanted can wait to learn all about it.
I am so impressed with the features on my new smart tv. I still have more discovering to do, but just the everyday picture and channels are awesome. I have tried some of the special features... Can't wait to do the all.
Pros: Built-in speakers
Cons: none
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pretty dumb for a Smart TV :/

For a Smart TV, this one is pretty dumb. The picture and sound are perfectly fine but I can't believe in 2017 companies still put out user interfaces that are this bad. It's super slow, not intuitive at all, and difficult to navigate. One particular annoyance is that this TV is supposedly designed for cord cutters but the default behavior when you turn it on is to go right to network television. I don't have a cable subscription so every time I turn it on, I get static and then I have to switch to the Smart Hub. Not a huge deal but just frustrating that they didn't consider that. Also, the image of the Smart Hub that they show on the box does not exist in the product. What you get in the product is way clunkier and way worse. And finally, every time I turn the TV on and try to open Netflix or Amazon, I get the message "Preparing the TV. Please try again later." Preparing the TV for what exactly? Obsolescence?
Too hard to setup. Each time I turn on tv it's like starting all over.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the second 24" smart tv I have purchased as we were so pleased with the first, we just had to buy one for our daughter's room. Samsung has done everything right. Two thumbs up!
Bought this to replace a 24" vizio smart tv that we returned to target. To start this tv has a better quality picture than the vizio. The color is better. This tv also streams video much better than the vizio. The vizio would constantly buffer. This one streams perfectly. The smart hub feature is not the friendliest feature to use but can be worked with. With more time and familiarity I am sure it will get easier to use. My biggest complaint is that the netflix app doesn't work. After researching the problem online it seems the problem lies with samsungs update. The main reason for buying a smart tv was to stream netflix. The app not working was a major disappointment. At least the amazon prime app works. Hope samsung fixes the app soon. The tv would be rock solid then.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: netflix app is junk
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great TV at a great price. Easy to set up and perfect for what I need.
very disappointing that almost no apps are available for the 24" sized model. Defeats purpose of having a Smart Tv to fit into a small space if NOTHING can be added. Trying to watch Starz walks you thru hooking via Chromecast. Duh, so why bother buying a SMART TV? Cannot connect a keyboard, cannot download 3/4 of the apps available for 32+ sized models., takes FOREVER to load if idle for some time
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Did not meet expectations, cannot connect keyboard, most apps are not supported
