It is bad when you have only one refrigerator, but LG services has always fixed it, wish they had faster response time. It is always a process to reach the service department.

Very poor quality

Bought this model 2 years ago and had it repaired once because it would not cool and now having the same problem again will never buy another LG product again going to throw it away and switch brands my dishwasher is also a LG and we have to disconnect the power on it sometimes to get it to work less than a year old.

Hate that they die so soon for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We loved the design and features and for several (6) years we're enjoyed it. But the compressor went out a couple of weeks ago and it would cost half a new unit (parts + installation) just to repair it. I guess planned obsolescence is a thing with LG. So now we are buying a new unit and hoping for a better outcome. Mind you the first one was a top tier LG unit too. So if we get any less than 10 trouble free years out of it, LG is off my buying list.

Not happy with lg will never buy another I have a stove and dishwasher and microwave when they decide I will never buy one again
