I bought this refrigerator in 2016 and a new compressors was installed in 2019 and in June 2021. Much inconvenience was caused.

For the second time I had to throw away my food and go days without a refrigerator. I can’t understand how LG can sell a product for so much money with such poor quality. The condenser has failed twice, the serviceman stated that this one has been redesigned to last up to 10 years. Only time will tell, but I’m not holding my breath. Life is not Good, I will never invest my money in LG products again. The Serviceman was very polite and professional only positive thing I can say.

We bought this refrigerator in 2015. We made the purchase because it was nice looking and It had lots of space. we loved the idea that the freeze was done blow the refrigerator.
