[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product in 2016, it has been one problem or another. First, the refrigerator was not cooling, the Ice maker shot down, then whole system shot down. It took forever to get the compressor replaced. And I lost all my groceries and meat and every thing else. Now, the Ice maker is not working again. That has been my experience with LG.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bout it about 4 years ago. I have issue with compressor last year which was replaced. The vegetables drawer cracked and it was out of the warranty. Other than that it works like champ.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had the refrigerator 4 years and the compressor had to be replaced which took two weeks, not happy with the replacement time nor the fact that the compressor only lasted 4 years. Based on my reading the compressor is a major problem with LG refrigerators.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty happy with the fridge for the 3 years I have had it. Disappointed that the compressor died, but LG fixed it quick and without cost. I would consider another one in the future.
