[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator because is was one of the only ones that has the capacity we were looking for. The Door-in-Door is used VERY often.
Did hit a speed bump when the fridge stopped cooling. Based on some feedback, this seems to be a fairly common issue - LG gave an extended warranty for this. The tech came out and replaced compressor and updated software.
The Wifi feature is pretty useless (when it works), but overall, we're pretty happy with the fridge as it hits the main requirements that we needed.

I wanted this refrigerator from the first moment I saw it! At that time, I thought the price was too high! However, the store where I purchased it, had a "match a price" policy and I was able to find it for a lesser amount elsewhere online. The store accepted the price! I was THRILLED! It was PERFECT until one day, it stopped working completely! Found out that it was the main part which was found to be a problem on 2017 models! The repairman took care of it and NO CHARGE and we're back on track! LOVE IT!!!!
