I bought an LG refrigerator when I built my new house. I had the store hold it for when it was time to install. When they brought it it was severely damaged. They no longer had the model. I had been looking at a door in door. And that’s what I got. I didn’t know whether I would like it. I love it.
This product failed in 4 years, leaving me with no fridge/freezer on Thanksgiving. Wait is 2 weeks for repair. Even when it worked properly, it didn’t seem to hold proper temperature. I had to buy thermometers and monitor daily. Do not recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerator when we remodeled. Works great, but we had a problem with the ice maker dispenser LG identified the problem, their service person repaired it. Great service.
We recieved this as part of our home purchase. I love the roominess of both the freezer and refridgerator. It has made it so easy to organize in the differant ares.

We purchased this unit in November 2019 and 3 years on the compressor quit working and we lost a lot of food. While the compressor and repairs were covered by LG, unfortunately we won't get back our $600 in food we lost including our Christmas dinner. The unit is huge and we love the space and quality of materials used. The one inside door (right side) sometimes comes unlatched on its own.which is a bit annoying. Overall it's an average product, that will hopefully last us a while, but with compressor failure already happening I don't hold out much hope. Just glad that LG put a 10year warranty on it.

We bought this item a little less than 5 years ago. We contacted LG for an issue of the unit not cooling or freezer working. They scheduled a service tech and was at our home within one week during the holidays. He was able to find that that the compressor had gone out and was able to replace it t he same day at no charge. Clay was great at customer service. He kept us informed every step of his service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator stopped working December 20th. iLg Technician was supposed to come out Dec 22nd, but because of inclement weather the technician had to postpone until the following week. The roads were passable. We were having our family Christmas on the 26th-27th I was not happy!!! We had to purchase a mini fridge as any place that had refrigerators wouldn't be able to deliver until the following week. When the technician did arrive he was very professional and worked quickly and assuring us that if there are any other issues to contact him. Aside from the timing, we were happy with the service.
