[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator 3 years ago and although the compressor went out all of the sudden, the customer service and technician were great. They had us up back and running with the compressor replacement in a few days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For four years we have had no problems. Cooling failed but LG had an extended warranty on the compressor due to known problems. Six service calls later it was fixed. Then 2 months later circuit started tripping though not covered by LG Warranty. So if you purchase an LG refrigerator be sure to also purchase an extended repair warranty because you may need it!

We bought this refrigerator more than 3 years ago, it is spacious and super convenient with the door in door feature. keeps the kids from having the fridge door open all the time for the things they constantly go into the fridge to get.
Stil (and again) without functional refrigerator, and no refund of credit card charges,

This was the worst purchase I have ever made! In the 6 years I have had this appliance the compressor went 2 times, the fan went once, and the blacken stainless steel finish peeled off (within the first year). When I built my house we bought all LG appliance adn they all have given us problems. Six years later and I have already had to replace my refrigerator adn stove!

I had my refrigerator for 8 years and out of these 8 years I have been having so much problems. Compressor, evaporated coil icing over, freon and the list go on and on.
