It was easy to clean and take off the shelves. But our freezer stopped working ans fridge became cool instead of cold. Tech said it was the compressor.

I have had this refrigerator for 6 years and it was great until it broke down and I can’t seem to get the right person to fix it. LG please send me a new one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product is what we wanted. Unfortunately it failed, Upper coil, condensor, dryer and valve. Lost a couple hundred dollars of food. Stench in house took days to clear. Repairs were completed and just yesterday the unit started making noises.
