[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My fridge went down 1 year after I purchased it, the technician came out and serviced it. Worked for 1 year and stop working again. Technician came out again and was very short and said I shouldn’t bought an LG. Bottom line 1 month later my fridge is still not working. Now waiting on technician to install the compressor.
So I had this fridge for almost 5 years. I liked that it would show me how much electricity is using and monitors amount of times it was open. But then it stopped cooling. Diagnostics were showing everything is good but I can tell it's not because it is using more power and cools maybe 5F below the room temperature. Getting someone to check it took 3 weeks. Still waiting for getting it repaired.

Have had prob with compressor. Needed a new one. Also prob with temp control and icing inside. Love inside design but believe their are flaws in the mechanics of the unit.

Had initial issues but Sal in the call center (Austin) provided outstanding service and Noah the service technician continued the outstanding service experience.
