[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the beginning, I loved my new refrigerator. It had space for everything and the shelves/drawers were so flexible. I ignored the sometimes deformed fro yo bars or the amount of frost building up inside packaging. And then the cooling drastically stopped to the point my kitchen smelled like spoiling seafood. LG paid for the repairs but not the $350+ food I had to throw away. At this point I am afraid to put expensive frozen meat or seafood in the freezer.

Compressor Died in 3 years

Loved the design/features for 3 years. Now paying half the purchase price for a new compressor that will take 7-10 days to get here.

Awful piece of junk

Have had this for just shy of 5 years and have had at least 5 repairs. Two compressors, ice maker, control board etc. Just had the second compressor put in a month ago and it’s broken again. Waiting on another repair but I want a replacement for this piece of junk.

Since I bought this refrigerator the condenser has now gone out twice and the freezer and refrigerator started to have problems along with the ice maker. I am disappointed that I have had these issues in under 10 years. I'm afraid that if the condenser goes out again I will be thinking about getting a new refrigerator. I understand that these newer appliances do a lot but it's not much fun to have to throw out food and find a place for everything in it in order to get it fixed.
