I bought stainless steel cleaner and it helps with hand prints, etc. Ice cubes are small. Wish the three bins also had temperature controls but overall I like it very much.

I wasn’t sold on the door-in-door feature but my husband really wanted it. I’m so glad now that we got it. We place the more commonly used items in the door-in-door, and they are readily accessible without opening the main compartment. The inside LED lights make contents easily visible, and we live the separate freezer sections.

The lighting fantastic and the way it is spaced you can see everything when u open the doors no need to move anything! Freezer is awesome too just the right mount of space! I have 5 people living in my house and we all have perfect amount of room!

The wife likes all the features, but we had problems with the icemaker from the very start. It would only dispense crushed ice, and the door to the ice chute would not open. But we persevered and followed all of the troubleshooting procedures and finally got it to work. We reduced the water pressure, lowered the temp, reset the refrigerator, made sure it was level, and finally got it to dispense both cubed and crushed ice, and the door to the ice chute began to function as designed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the LG about a month ago and we are very happy. Very spacious and the freezer is very quiet. Thought we'd have to turn it off at night, but no need, as it doesn't make much noise at all. The water dispenser is also very nicely designed. To fill a container with water, it's very easy to reach, as it's on the upper outside and not tucked underneath which makes a tight fit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my fridge and love it... but the smartIQ needs WiFi to hook up, and when you live in a bad network service area where you need the WiFi for your phone, you can’t use the WiFi feature since two wifi’s Cannot be used at one time... I also wish the first door that shuts, would close a little easier... it sounds like it slams every time you close it, even when you close it nicely! Space wise, this fridge is amazing!
