Our LG refrigerator broke on 18th and I contacted LG on 19th morning 9 am and the refrigerator was fixed with new compressor by 2:30 PM. The technician was very helpful he switched the TV repair appointment with someone else’s to our refrigerator as this was really important for us. Thank you for your service .

I bought less than 2 years ago, first year the ice maker stop working. I am continuing having problem with the bottom freezer with ice build up and makes it very hard to open. At anytime large pieces of ice falls out the bottom.

horrible product. New brain after 1 year 3 mon, no longer under warranty. Has major issues with error codes e rf. refridgerator fan ices up every few months and bottom drawer is 18 degrees and all food in it freezes. have to thaw out fan way too often.
