[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Terrible Product! we have been out of a refrigerator since July 2020 (6 months). The service has replaced the compressor three (3) times. Every part in both the freezer and refrigerator has been replaced.

It took 3 visits and over a 3 weeks with out the refrigerator. Also the black stainless finish it peeling off doors. Makes it look lie a cheap product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had our refrigerator for 4 years I bought it because of the black stainless finish, the door-in-door feature, lots of food storage space, LED lighting and other great features. The big problem??? The compressor blew after two years. We lost hundreds of dollars of food. Luckily we had bought the extended warranty. We had it repaired, but now in year 4, the door flap wont close correctly anymore, and cold air escapes causing the inner temp to rise quickly. The repairman said we really can’t fix it (blamed it on the leveling of the fridge - even though it has never been moved since we had it installed!) Every time we close our fridge now we have to manually close the inner door flap - which is a real pain!!! Overall - the this refrigerator looks beautiful and has many nice features, but I wouldn’t buy one again because of the many repair issues we’ve gone through. In fact, I was recently sent a notice to join a class action law suit because so many people are having problems with it. So obviously it is a faulty product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator as part of a complete appliance package. We really liked the interior layout of the unit, the space saving ice maker unit, and number of drawers in the freezer. We initially liked the black stainless steel finish, but later found that this is a plastic finish that easily chips and scratches along edges. The compressor has a 10 year warranty and it quit before the unit was three years old and it was difficult getting it replaced under the warranty based on where we lived.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit has more features than any refrigerator I've ever owned. I love the space and layout but was extremely disappointed that the compressor went out in less than three years. LG was very good about repairing it under warranty however, I have little confidence that it will last because of a class action suit mentioning multiple repairs. Particularly sad as this was an expensive purchase and I've had much cheaper refrigerators that lasted over 15 years without any performance issues whatsoever. Also, because of the large size of this unit more food was lost to spoilage.
