The door in a door was the most amazing thing. To be able to access butter and milk without opening the entire refrigerator is fantastic. The anti-spill shelves really saved on several cleanup situations. I really love this refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I HAVE HAD THIS REFRIGERATOR FOR 5 YEARS AND IT HAS BROKEN DOWN 5 TIMES. IT HAS HAD 3 COMPRESSORS AND A NEW CIRCUIT BOARD. WE LOST ALL OUR FOOD EACH TIME AND EVEN THOUGH REIMBURSED FOR SOME STILL LOST BIG IN THE LONGRUN. TWICE WE WERE WITHOUT A REFRIGERATOR FOR ABOUT A MONTH. THE DESIGN IS GREAT BUT A REFRIGERATOR SHOULD NOT BREAK DOWN THIS MUCH.

Love the smart panel on the side of the door, the inner door for quick pick on the right side door snd the spacious freezer with ability to adjust the size and use of compartments. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this five years ago as part of a kitchen suite and regret that I did. The compressor on the refrigerator failed twice in five years. There is a class action lawsuit against this unit, so we had one replacement covered and we're hoping to get reimbursement for the other, but not holding our breath. At least the techs replacing the compressor were professional.
