[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Lg refrigerator six years ago. I had to have someone out from LG to replace the compressor, condenser, and blower. The service technician was knowledgeable and provided excellent service. He even did a software update to the fridge. Fortunetly, the parts were under warranty and I only paid for the appointment/labor.
I love the refrigerator, but the touted linear compressor didn't hold up to how it was advertised.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this fridge for 4 year and had no issues until recently and LG was scheduled an appointment and was right out to fix it completely honored warranty I was so glad because I didn't wanna think about buying something new since I love this one so much the smart features are pretty great the child lock on the door is great to My boys love the bottom drawer we use for there snack for easy access and the little door that opens so you don't have to open the whole fridge
