Great freezer space, 3 different sections so easy to organize & find what you’re looking for. When friends come over they have refrigerator envy, haha!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about 4 years ago, and compressor went way( quality is an issue and that’s another topic to discuss); i called local service and they suggested i call LG directly to diagnose the issue. LG was really helpful once I called, got the appointment next day and the technician replaced the compressor within the warranty with no issue; the refrigerator works better than when it was brand new. Very happy with the process.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this since 2017. It stopped working in 2018 and LG fixed it. The same thing happened last week but LG knew there was an issue with this one so fixed it again. Said the will for 10 years!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've already had to have this refrigerator repaired multiple times, in this small amount of time we've owned it, it stopped cooling, leaked, now the ice machine stopped working. Having a young family I don't ask much of my appliances, I just need them to work and this LG appliance can't even do that. Unless the company steps up and replaces this lemon of a fridge, I see absolutely no way I will ever purchase another one of their products, or suggest them to family and friends. So disappointing.
