Critical: Watch Installer putting in the Stovetop

Beautiful stovetop, works great, love the quick boil feature. Little disappointed about the way the cooktop sits on the counter though. The kit provided with the directions says to use the foam strip provided. The direction don't stress enough about how perfect it must go go on the outer, outer edge and that each corner must meet exactly. If you fail to do this exactly you will constantly acquire crumbs and/or liquids that spill on your counter top. This is a very critical step you need to watch the installer do. If not you'll always have a mess under the edge. Otherwise the Stovetop is okay.

i previously had a GE profile for at least 16 years.. i loved it. a burner died and repaire would have been very expensive, so i bought this new one. it is functional, but the LARGE burners are set back and i need to lean in to stir and look into the large pots. this is because the dials are in the front instead of on the side. it does not have a senser that identifies a pot on or off the burner. THIS APPLIANCE IS NICE, BUT THE OLD ONE WAS BETTER.

This cooktop seems to be a good middle of the road smoothtop cooker, but never can understand why a cooktop costs more than a complete stove with similar features

Well laid out and super easy to use. The glass is a bit easier to scratch than I expected, but I’d buy it again. Looks amazing when running.

This product is smooth looking , very easy to use and my installer said it was easy to put in. I already had set cut granite where my old cook top was. It was worth the money
