Cooking Again!

Bought this to replace a 20 yr old GE cooktop that went the way of the DODO...Researched several cooktops and brands but kept coming back to this one. Went and checked it out, measured for fitment and purchased it. Simple installation with all the handy installation visuals. unhooked the old popped out and dropped this in...30 mins install for me. Very nice cooktop and should take us on out. Recommended!

I like the product. I was able to install it myself. I liked the price and my wife love that it was white which matched the rate of the kitchen appliances.

One burner quit working after two weeks!

The cooktop looks great - easy to clean. All the burners worked for about two weeks and one no longer works!! Disappointed!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Burner died within a month

We had this installed about a month ago, and now are having to deal with the hassle of repair or replacement under the warranty, because one of the burners has already stopped working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works well, difficult to clean

The top is easily scratched so have to take care with moving a pot on the surface.Difficult to clean, but when done looks good.

GE Cooktop

So far, we’re very pleased with this cooktop, which replaced a Hot Point that was 60 years old. We’re hoping this one does as well!
