OK Cooktop

We installed this in October to replace a GE Profile cooktop that was 18 years old. The cooktop itself is slightly bowed. You can't tell until it is installed. My previous cooktop was black and speckled. Did not show fingerprints or small spills. Disappointed that GE does not offer the speckled surface anymore. Every piece of dust or fingerprint stands out. Seems to cook okay.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does not fit flush on countertop like previous one

Haven't used it yet but is obviously of poorer quality than previous model. Does not set evenly on granite counter top as did previous model.

I like cooking with it but it's so hard to clean it. The cleaner they suggest leaves a hazy look and food that's stuck on is really hard to remove.

Good cooktop with nice features such as Speed Boil. Would be better if there was one Medium, one small and two big burner instead of two small and two big.
