Product is good and we had similar one for 3 year buy was cracked. So I had to purchase a new one. Recommend a general checkup at once a year while under warranty and explain the safety measure and cleaning procedure to the customers

Only issue I have that may be how these type of electric cooktop work, as I am coming from a coil top. It seems to cook a lot slower

The previous owner had same cooktop in black. It was not installed correctly; it cracked so I had to replace it along with the tile counter. I chose white to match the white GE appliances.It looks very nice and clean, others may be hesitant about maintenance. As long as it's wiped cleaned soon after use, it's no big deal. I love it!
