This is a replacement for a Whirlpool cooktop that never worked properly. The GE has features that the Whirlpool didn’t, e.g. “fast boil” that will be perfect for making jam. It heats quickly and is responsive to changes in settings. I cleaned up a couple of spills and the finish is still perfect and shiny. I’m thrilled with this purchase!

We just got the new cook top installed and not only does it look beautiful, but it works amazingly. This matches our microwave oven combo that was we purchased as well. It is a perfect fit without any cuts.

This cooktop isn’t fancy but is exact what I needed! Didn’t need the digital knobs & such. Is perfectly & looks great in our kitchen

Cooktop looks nice but burners are smaller than our last one which is annoying & inefficient. Back right hand small burner was moved over at least 2" left from the old type and now is in the way of other items on our countertop like electric outlets. No reason to have moved the small burner, & it is now inconvenient for us to use easily.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
