Only packaging/protection needs work

Wiow! Great product!
But the user experience is damaged when the wrong replacement is nearly delivered twice. Add a ruler along the length of the box and big numbers to help everyone know at a glance what size it is. We nearly had TWO wrong-sized deliveries.
Find a better way to protect glass surface from dropped tools. Think seriously about doing a field test to wring like this stuff out!

Lacks quality.

I do not recommend this range to anyone. Having a primary burner so off center of the heating element is a problem. Quality control is lacking.

It is a nice sleek modern cooktop, only drawback are the knobs. The model without the knobs cost a lot more.

Updated version of a time-tested product

After 20+ years one of the burners of our GE cooktop stopped working, so we decided to replace it with the newer version. The new model was a perfect fit with no countertop modifications being necessary. We hope to get 20 years out of the new model.
