the most difficult appliance we have ever had to clean. Will NOT clean, no matter what you use on it. We used the recommended glass cleaner, still wont clean. Would NEVER recommend this product.

Installed myself with help from my son. Very straightforward. Elements heat quickly. Controls are very responsive to adjust heat. I like the control knobs on the right instead of in front. Has performed well in the month or so I've been using it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I hate the constant scraping and waxing. It’s awful in today’s technology that we work harder on stove top AFTER we use it than when we are cooking!!!!!

scratches easily, hard to keep clean

This is my second cooktop it scratched after 2 weeks of use. I have flat bottom pans and never had an issue with my previous 15 year old cook top. This one is difficult to keep clean because of the high gloss black surface.

What a disappointment

We bought this unit just under a year ago. It looks good and suits the style of our modern kitchen but that's were our satisfaction stops. The small "heater elements" are seriously underpowered, the larger elements are ok but because we have to rely on them the glass is starting to discolor. We are very proud of our kitchen so we clean the top after every use so this is not old food residue or anything similar. We only use the supplied and recommended cleaner and a soft sponge so mistreatment is not the reason for this.
All in all quite a major disappointment, and hence only 2 stars.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
