I bought this a month ago and I've thoroughly enjoyed it! I second guessed the knobs because of cleanliness but they are really easy to clean and remove. I would definitely recommend.

Cooktop works well. Heats up pretty fast. My only complaint is that the knobs are cheaply made and they are not high quality.

Wonderful cooktop

I bought this to replace the radiant cook top that I had used for 15 years, the only reason I replaced my 1991 G.e. cook top was that one burner was wearing out. G.E appliances are top rate, the new one is a little more beautiful than the old one, it cooks great is easy to clean, I am extremely pleased with all my G.E products

This was not my first choice for a cooktop but bought it for the dimensions. If you follow the directions and treat it with the cooktop cleaner prior to first use you won't have any problems such as scratching etc. I love it, it is simple, and works great! No problems. Great product!

Super Fast on time

From an installation point of view this was one of the easiest installs of an appliance I have ever done. The cable was nice and long. The instructions easy to read. And it actually worked the first time I turned it on. This was a 220 so I was kind of worried I would get it wrong the first time. But all went well. I replaced an older electric burner with this one and man what a difference. They even include a shining solution to apply before the first run and to apply every once in a while. Makes the top glisten and shine like a new car ;-)

It's a basic unit, but has a couple power boil burners, which is nice. I would say it scratches very easily, which is why it gets a 4 and not 5 stars.
