Good Basic Range! Great Customer Service!

I bought this range about 3 months ago. I really like it. I had an accident and it left a crack in the surface. Luck me, because it was still under warrantee. GE sent someone to replace the glass in one week. Great customer service. I was pleased and I have not had any further problems. Great Looking cooktop.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Looks great - works well

Purchased about 6 weeks ago. Very easy to install, a bit of clear silicone caulking and ready to roll. Only reason it's not a 5star is because it's rather difficult to keep clean, tends to smear if you just wipe it down versus scrubbing with a pad and cleaner after every use. Cooks well and auto boil feature works like a dream.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor glass top

Within one week of use, we found that the glass top is very susceptible to scratching. Sliding common cooking utensils on the surface, as you would typically do in cooking, will leave scratch marks on the top. This GE cooktop replaced a 20 year old unit with a glass top that was much more durable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Like the side knobs and easy to clean. The two large elements are too small. my medium skillets and pressure cooker will not fit.
