Replacement stovetop

This unit was purchased on an emergency basis as a direct replacement for a unit with a malfunctioning burner. It was advertised as being the correct size for the opening and had similar power & features to the existing unit. Installation was DIY and was simple to accomplish. Performance is as expected and satisfactory.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Really nice. The glass is much easier to clean up

We replaced a GE gas cooktop with this electric cooktop. The installation was easy and fit the opening perfectly. The glass cooking surface is much easier to clean than the grates. The only thing I was worried about was how quickly you could change the heat and it changes as quickly as the gas. It looks very nice in the counter

This was a builders grade, no option to upgrade. Pleasantly surprised, powerboil is fast.

Not my first choice

This cook top was not my first choice. I really wanted to switch to a natural gas unit, but the cost of the plumbing to bring the gas line to the kitchen was way out of my budget. My 2nd choice would have been an induction cooktop. Problems with that included having to replace the electrical service to the kitchen to accommodate 50 amps. Again--this would have increased the over-all cost. Third choice--learn to love a standard electric stove top. It works well. Good feature is the indicator light that shows which burners are still hot and stays on until the burner cools.

Simple Stove top

Bought this for the price, but it's all we need. Simple four burners, with a power boil, which boils something very quickly. You should be right at the stove when using this feature. We like it and following instructions on cleaning the glass top.
