I bought this over the past weekend and the instruction for installing it was fairly easy. My main concern is it is difficult until you open box to get the information of the size the cut out needs to be. The pan head rivets on the side stuck out a little and I have to cut these areas out on my granite counter top.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent GE Stove top

I purchased this during Black Friday, I was simply replacing my former stove top. I thought I was purchasing the same model as I did I believe over three years ago. This one has features I did not realize it is much improved over the earlier version. I am looking forward to many years of use.

Too early to describe any features as it was installed today. Seemed to work fine on first use. It was cycling on and off very frequently as the pot had about a 1 inch x 1 inch slightly sunken square depicting the logo in the center of the bottom.
