Basic cooktop

Relatively easy to install, removing the old system down draft was the most difficult part. Heats quickly and evenly. Followed instructions for seasoning before first use and so so far cleans easily including one major overflow. Overall very happy with purchase, a good value for the on sale price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good value. Beware to test all controls asap, we 1st installed one that one burner did not work, but the new one works great. We had the same product for about 15 yrs. & just bought a new one because the glass top looks weathered after a while.

I love my new GE cooktop! It looks beautiful and functions beautifully as well. I could not ask for a better looking and functioning cooktop! And the price could not be beat! All around an awesome new appliance to beautify my kitchen!

Great cooktop!

This cooktop was just perfect for me! Had everything I needed. It is a little hard to keep clean even using the special cleaner. You have to keep working to get the streaks off. But, I liked the black look.

I wish I had not bought this stovetop.I hate cleaning burner bibs.Well 20 minutes to boil one inch of water in a pan is not energy efficient to me.The burner takes forever to get hot then when you put it on low it still boils! We had to cut out the countertop for it to fit replacing the old one so returning it was not an option.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
